The BBC, or was it the Daily Mail because I’m convinced they
are one and the same, say ‘that training very hard is as bad as no exercise at all'.
I should be OK then as I’m on the bus again today due to the
rather cold weather. L of course will be doing some mind bogglingly difficult session
tonight which probably involves pumping iron. Meanwhile I’ll be stood in a draughty
barn dog training.
Even I think its cold in this barn tonight.
