The Invigorating Glow

I cycle to work and then whilst still in the invigorating glow of post-exercise, I open my emails and then two or three clicks later... I’ve entered the 2017 Outlaw Half. Bugger. I try and convince myself that this is a 50th birthday present to myself. I must really hate myself.

I’ve only just recovered from click, click, entering the Nottingham Half... VIP package no less.

L contemplates a pump class unless... it certainly is, today is the last day of the week at work as we’re on holiday from tomorrow. Today is Friday.
