Tonight we head into Nottingham and then get the train out
to the nightspot of Barrow upon Soar, to see what needs painting red. It’ll be a wild night out, as long as we’re done before the last train home departs at
9:45pm. We compensate for this be starting at 6pm. Hopefully this gives our local
tour guides enough time to show us all the local delights.
Most seem to be ok. The Hunting Lodge (Adnams Broadside),
Navigation (Old Peculiar), The Boat House (Camerons Strongarm) and the Soar
Bridge Inn (Everards Old Original) before we end up back the Navigation for an
OP nightcap. A good night out.
