L is giving up caffeine as of today. Blimey that means no
tea unless it’s nettle or aloe vera or something similar. That’s going to be
tough.
I grumble about the cost of trainers for running but
apparently our speed skater Jack Welbourne has just spent £4000 on two pairs of
skates... which he says he can’t afford. Might have cheered him up though that
he’s just reached the final. Fingers crossed he gets a medal... Oh no. He fell!
I pick up our roubles, a mere 11,000 of them. That’s around
£200.
Tonight Derby have the Monday night Sky game as they host Queens Park Rangers
who are just ahead of us in the table. Derby win 1-0. Onwards and upwards as
they say.
