My legs don’t feel at all up to cycling, so I get the bus
which again takes an age due this time to an accident on the A52.
The BBC suggests though that I should give up the cycling
anyway and take up shivering, as that now counts as exercise. Wonder if it’ll
be in the next Olympics. I suppose it would qualify as a Winter event.
L rebels, skips her pump class but does the gym instead. She
could have come home and done some shivering instead, as MD wants the back door
open again.
