I’m on the bike today, warming up for the next couple of
sportives. First the Dare 2B Rutland CiCLE Tour next week and then the Tour of
Yorkshire the week after. Should be fun and even L has booked into them both
albeit in shorter distances.
Before that she has the Derby 10k this weekend. I’m still
gently nursing several injuries back to health so will be in a purely
supporting role with the boys.
No dog training tonight.
