The traffic is horrific and it takes 70 minutes to get to work
in the car.
The part of the point of taking the car is that it’s dog training tonight, although I do also get the shopping every Monday. Dogging is called off,
so Plan B kicks in. I have the necessary kit with me so I shall swim.
I can see why training is off, it's pretty foul out there, and I
just got soaked by a sudden downpour in Sainsburys car park. MD will be gutted,
I'm sure he was looking forward to it. Luckily he’s still got a double header
on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The pool is packed, as I knew it would be. Full of New Year
Resolutionists no doubt. Who’ll all no doubt be doing Dryanuary as well.
I get an email advertising Tryanuary. Now this is more like
it!

and bottle shops throughout January.
