As it’s slightly cold and icy, I wimp out of cycling and
snuggle up with L instead.
Then it turns out to be rather sunny and actually quite nice
outside. Never mind. I go for another run at lunchtime instead. 5.47k in 26:50.
Which is quicker than last week, if still crap. I’m at least running at under 5
minute k pace. Leg wise it does also seem to be getting easier.
L has contracted a virus, well her computer has. She lost a
lot of work documents along with her records of alcohol units, calories and spending.
None of which she seems particularly stressed about. A good excuse for a clean
sheet I think.
I pop down to L's work later to show any remaining traces of
the virus where the door is.
