Embarrassing

Having skipped cycling yesterday because it was too cold and potentially icy, it seems worse today but I just have to risk it. Can’t put off training any more.

I also consider running at lunchtime but decide to rest. It’s hard to know whether it’s better to rest up or train for Saturday’s Duathlon.

In the evening MD has dog training and he looks like a dog that’s barely done any training all winter, which he hasn’t. Frankly MD, tonight’s performance was embarrassing.
