Essential Nutrients

On the bright side, at least with not playing squash yesterday my legs seem up to cycling again today. So I do a third day this week on the bike. I hope my doctor is impressed. Surely 90 miles cycling in four days will have scared off some of my cholesterol?

L says I should be taking it a little bit more seriously and perhaps attacking it from more than one angle. She say she'll get me on the red wine tonight, for prophylaxis obviously. She does look after me.

Only one glass though. Then I need to be on the beer for the iron and other essential nutrients.
