I have my interrogation with the health police today at 5:50pm
which ironically will have a negative impact on my health because I have to go
in the car in order to get there on time and typically today is quite a nice
day to cycle.
Not long after I arrive at work, they ring to cancel my
appointment. The ‘health consultant’ doctor has rang in sick this morning. Oh the irony. Obviously
not taking their own advice then.
This is incredibly annoying obviously as I’d gone in the car
especially. It’s no wonder I’m fat. They reschedule me for near the end of
February.
I nearly put my gym kit in the car to go afterwards but my calf is really tight and I think perhaps I should have a night
off.
