My spies tell me that the star has gone up on the Canning
Circus Christmas tree this morning. About time too. It'll soon be Christmas.
Squash is inadvertently cancelled tonight. It appears that
last week they booked us into Monday by mistake. The girl who did the booking
did look completely befuddled by their new computer system. As we are actually
at the leisure centre when they inform us of this news we are at a bit
of a loss what to do instead. They reel off a list of possible replacements none of
which looks a goer. We don’t have our yoga mats with us for a start. So it’s an
early trip to the pub then.
L is running up to meet us after our game but now she’ll
just be in time to buy the second round.
