Cooperation

As the old body doesn’t seem to be in too bad a state post-Thunder Run, I have a crack at the bike today. The legs weren’t too keen to cooperate at first but they got with the idea eventually.

L attempts to swim which I would have thought was even more risky but despite the obvious problems of getting in and out of the pool apparently it was otherwise successful.
