I don’t bike as the winds are approaching gale force. I take
the bus instead. I also don’t run, it’s totally foul out there for most of the day.
L re-enters the world of swimming, doesn’t relapse anything
and doesn’t even need the steps to get out of the pool. Next step will be a run
and not just the one that's coming up on Sunday.
It has been confirmed that we certainly won't be the oldest
ones at Glastonbury this year. The Who are there.
There's a reasonable performance from MD at dog training tonight.
