This morning I go to the Ride London website and perform the
probably pointless task of entering myself into the ballot for the 2014 event.
There are
80,000 ballot places but only 20,000 places in the event of which it is
rumoured all but 5 have already been pre-allocated to celebrities and charities. All
the same, you never know...
I ask L if she’d like entering too. ‘Go on then!’ So I enter
her as well. All we need to do now is sit back and wait for the rejection letters
to come through along with the charity sign up forms.
Dog training tonight and I know from the off it’s not going
to go well. It’s all about straight lines tonight. MD doesn’t do anything in a
straight line, which is probably why we never win anything. Perhaps it's something we should
work on.
