I manage a pub lunch this week, so my squash opponent should be in for an
easier game tonight. I wouldn’t want to give him too much of an advantage, so I
haven’t come on the bike today.
In the pub, the beer is ok but they’ve changed the food menu
and replaced all the hot baguettes with toasties... not the same. We changed to
this pub for the better range of food. Clearly no one wants us.
I lose 1-3 at squash but I’m definitely feeling a lot fitter and we have some massively long rallys. Fitter than
I have done since the start of the current bout of injuries back in September. Must
be the cycling that’s done it.
