Border Controls

On the bike today and it didn’t rain on me. Novelty.

It does rain later but we manage to swim to the pub for lunch and more Black Jack. If it doesn’t stop raining soon, I'll be swimming home as well. Thankfully it does ease and even a bit of sun makes an appearance.

L gets home to find the stair gate open again. Doggo is curled up asleep on his mat downstairs while MD was apparently just coming down the stairs. I don’t know whether to be annoyed with that dog or pleased at his resourcefulness.

Dogging tonight and I give L a lift to Mickleover to visit her folks. We consider taking our passports in case they have already set up border controls to get into the extremist shires post-Brexit.

Perhaps this is why training is very sparsely attended, so I take part in a double session to keep numbers up. Then I meet L in the Masons where faced with the same beer selection again, just to be different, I have the Bass.
