After repeated icing of the ankle, it is improving. Although
I think it’s very unlikely I’ll be running on Sunday but I’ve not ruled it out
completely just yet. Commonsense says that I should instead rest up for
Nottingham next week but then what does commonsense know.
I opt to take the car to work today to avoid aggravating anything on
the bike. It seems a good opportunity to go for a swim after work, so I do
that. I meet L for a mocha afterwards, she’s there bike training again. She’s
becoming such a serious cyclist; all she needs is a bike.
Still nothing from the police.
